In order to act, we need to act and that is why we have decided to become part of the Patient Hub.

What is a patient hub?

It is a project of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic funded by the European Economic Area and Norway Grants 2014-2021 from the Health Programme.

The Hub provides a space for patient organisations and patients to work, learn and share good practice.

For those of us who want to be active in helping patients or promoting health awareness, the Hub provides a space for collaboration, joint projects and events.

The project focuses primarily on the professionalisation of patient organisations as legitimate representatives of patients.  We are the ones who deal with health and social issues in patient organisations.

Our Mili, as a representative of Fuck Cancer, therefore has the opportunity to submit our proposals and ideas to the working group of the Patient Council for Systemic Funding of Patient Organisations, on behalf of our Fuck Cancer association.

Currently, the working group is looking for funding to cover the basic costs of patient organizations, the release of funds from public health insurance, and more.

We want to change the world and this is one way :)
